There you'll find lots of folks into TTRPGs, OCs, and nerdy stuff too ^^
The Rules
This list is the essentials. The server itself will always have the most updated rules and you should always follow those over these. This overview is provided so you can gauge if this is a community for you.1. Be respectful and considerate of yourself and others. Treat every space in the server as a shared space, respect requests to drop topics/move to DMs/spoiler tag/etc, and be inclusive where you can.2. This server has a zero-tolerance policy for fascists, bigots, and anyone who does not believe all human beings deserve to live in comfort and dignity. Transphobic, racist, ableist, abusive, sexist, homophobic actions will result in an immediate ban.3. This stuff isn't allowed in the server whatsoever: AI, NFT, Blockchain technology, links to places run by known fascists/hate groups (don't give 'em traffic), uncredited art, stolen/traced/copied art, links to pirated content & discussions of how to pirate content4. Generally PG15 outside of 18+ channels.5. Post in the right places; no ads where you shouldn't be puttin' em.6. Use spoiler tags and note why something is spoilered for sensitive topics.7. Use the venting channel when needed.8. The moderation team uses a flexible system of informal warnings, formal warnings, and strikes, each one more severe than the previous. 3 Strikes and you're banned.9. Comment on other's art before posting any of your own. The point of this rule is to encourage a more equal give and take between creatives in the server and to be willing to genuinely care for the digital community around you beyond it’s ability to benefit you. If you are not willing to be curious about other artists here, we ask you post it to social media instead.
Events
Grim's Terrarium also frequently hosts creativity-oriented events! These are often open to all mediums, and generally details will be posted in announcement channels, and participation will usually happen in an event submissions channel!Common Art Events:🖌️ Weekly Creative Prompts
Weekly creative prompts are announced each month!1. You may participate in any medium, to any level of scope or completion you would like.
2. You may interpret the prompts however you'd like.
3. You may submit a prompt for points in #🔥-event-submissions any time during the month - the weeks are just to pace yourself!
4. You may repeat prompts, but we may change this if we find people to be abusing this frequently.
5. Spend points in #🛒-creative-prompt-shop for some prizes hosted by other server members!
🌟 Special Creative Prompts
Sometimes there are special creative prompt events!- Prompts often line up with other, larger art events (so you don't have to make lots of new work!) Inktober, mermay, huevember, etc!
- We run a parallel event to Art Fight every year (unaffiliated), and it is open to all mediums. June's prompts are always dedicated to preparing for Art Fight.
- Love & War: Like Art Fight but all about OC & character relationships! Not just for ships & romantic ones at all.🗓️Other Art Events That Have Happened
- Holiday gift swap! This is intra-medium as well, and people put a lot of effort into their gifts usually!
- "🆙 Art for The Person Above You" - what it says on the tin! If the thread is archived you can ask to host a new one!

Creative Prompt Shop
By participating in the server's Creative Prompts, you will earn points that can be spent here in the shop for small server perks! Slots
Please note that some prize givers use slots to set a manageable amount of prizes they can give each month. If a slot's update date seems a little out of date, please message to prize giver to double-check the prize is still available for the month ❤️ Slots are first come, first serve.If there is no slot listing, then the prize giver is not using slots and you don't need to worry about it.

Art request rules
To keep things comfortable and manageable for Daisy & prize givers, here are some ground rules for any art items within the prompt shop.
Prize provider can decline the specifics of an art item with or without stated reason, especially if it makes them uncomfortable or they are too busy at the time. (If someone is busy we will try to keep the item marked as out of stock!)
For Daisy, see my commission Dos/Don'ts for what I will or won't draw. I will do fanart for these though!
You can request my characters, but I may decline if it makes me uncomfortable or seems out of character.
No complicated character designs.
Prize providers give out prizes at their own pace, and set their own rules for what they will/won't do, as well as their prices. You should check with them individually if you want something specific but aren't sure if they'll be comfortable with it!
No refunds! This is not a RC shop, and is just meant to reward people for participating in Dropzone 2600's events!
